During the early development of The Horticulture Camera and THC Grow Systems, I presented my technology and invention to companies most relevant to this none existent industry with the hopes of building partnerships, collaborating, or establishing licensing agreements and building an intire new industry of horticulture cameras. Instead of moving forward with me, I believe some of those companies chose to develop and market re-engineered versions of concepts I had presented, allowing them to move forward without paying licensing fees or royalties to the original inventor. Today, companies including Vivosun and AC Infinity are currently selling products that I believe reflect important elements of the technology and concepts I shared with them, with estimated sales of approximately 400 units per month on amazon. To me, this demonstrates something extremely important for potential investors: the market does not need to be invented—the demand is already being proven. I have spent years developing the vision, pursuing patent protection, and building a much larger system around the original concept. Now it is time to bring The Horticulture Camera to market under the company and vision that started it, and to begin realizing the value of the work I have put into it.
